Photo Gallery | Infantry Museum visitors leave heartfelt notes to soldiers on Freedom Trees
FORT BENNING, GA - The National Infantry Museum is thanking soldiers for their service this holiday season with a pair of Freedom Trees.
Two trees in their Grand Hall are decorated with messages to soldiers written by museum visitors.
As the tree fills up with ornaments and notes, they're taken down and sent to Wounded Warriors across the country, making room for even more messages.
We would like to say thank you to all of our military for their service, especially during the holidays when so many of us gather with our families. We appreciate the sacrifices you make to keep our country safe.
