(WTVM)- From free meals to car washes, local businesses are saying "thank you" to veterans by offering different services this weekend and throughout the month of November.

Specials for Sunday November 11:

• Applebee's: free signature entrée. 
• Chili's: free meal. 
• Hooters: free meal. 
• Krispy Kreme: free doughnut. Available only at participating locations
• Outback Steakhouse: a week of Free Bloomin' Onions and Cokes Nov. 7-11 
• Red Lobster: free appetizer.
• Red Robin: free Red's Tavern Double and Bottomless Steak Fries
• Texas Roadhouse: free lunch, 11 a.m.– 2 p.m.  
• The Olive Garden: free entree with proof of service

 Specials for Monday November 12

• Little Caesars: free crazy bread
• Denny's:  free all-you-can-eat pancakes from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Golden Corral: free meal 
• T.G.I. Friday's:  free lunch
